I can't reproduce this at will, but every now and then the help screen comes up blank for me, more often than not after I try to open the context sensitive help for an RPG operation code using F1. Sometimes there are even HTTP 404 errors mentioned on parts of the screen, but not everytime the help page fails to display.
Just pressing F5 gets the help page to refresh and point to where I wanted it to go.
Perhaps a local webserver is being used to view the help pages and the webserver hasn't completed startup before it tries to display?

I have a user in a class with a brand new RDP 8 install who only gets a blank screen when requesting help. All student machines were loaded from the same CDs but only one has this problem. Everything else works fine and the actual help system comes up just fine - but it is empty.
Anyone seen this? Can't find anything via Google.
