I agree that WDSc *probably* doesn't know about C/A keyboard definition.
That said, windows programs do not process the Ctrl key as an Enter key
either. No windows program with which I am familiar (except this one, of
course) does, anyway.
Also, still begs the question why the two keys labeled (on my keyboard,
anyway) as "Enter" act differently. One indents and adds the control block
closing (such as ENDIF or ENDDO), while the other one does neither - just
does a carriage return.
