Given that a MS "Action Pack" subscription provides keys for three
developers to virtually every server and development tool that MS offers for
$429, I'd think that IBM might think about offering a single key license for
their tool for under $100.

My wife would be pissed either way, but $300 tops. Another option is give us
an easy payment plan of 4 easy payments of $100 (or something like that).

This is a hypothetical question and I appreciate many organisations would
