The base version is the first 3 places in the number... the last is the
fix pack.
So base 8.0.0
fixpack 3
gets you 8.0.0.3
Its just a version numbering scheme, common among lots of software these
days.

Maybe I expect too much, but I think the Installation Manager should
report both base version and installed fixpack(s).
