I just started using IBM Rational Developer for Power Systems Software
8.0.0. Are there any tools similar to the green screen interactive SQL
(STRSQL) in RDP?
RDP has a Database Development perspective which allows access to DB2 for
IBM i. The SQL Query Builder tool within this perspective provides a wizard
interface not dissimilar to prompting the SELECT statement in STRSQL.
Many folk also use the (free) QuantumDB plug-in. This is straightforward and
easy to use. See

If you have the IBM i Access for Windows installed on your PC/laptop you'll
also have a very effective Run SQL Script tool available within the DATABASE
function.
