I did try that, but it did not work.
I found the file in the RemoteSystemsTempFiles folder with the old name, deleted
it and now it works fine.

Did you try the refresh function in remote systems view? Refresh has
cleared up that error for me in the past, but I can't recall it being caused
by source type of an existing source file member.
