Yep - I did not say otherwise, I hope. I was describing in the first paragraph some new drag/drop behavior that I really like - the ability to drag/drop what you have selected from one place in an editor to another there or even into a different editor window that you have open. Who knows, it might even work to drag a selection to the tab of a closed editor, maybe it'll be opened for me - haven't tried that. Other Windows stuff can do that.

My 2nd paragraph was to help the OP know how to open multiple windows at one time - it is rather unrelated to the 1st paragraph - other than it has the word "drag" and "drop" in both!! O:-)

You most certainly could show multiple members in WDSC as you descripe in
your second paragraph. I very often have 4 members open at once, and on
my dual widescreen monitors I can see them full width without having to
have any horizontal scrolling (might be one of the only positives of 80
char limit).

Re: [WDSCI-L] Drag and Drop into Editor

You can also now drag/drop in an editor window - even between them, if
you have 2 or more visible simultaneously - this is fairly new - WDSC
did not have it.

To show 2 members at once, drag the editor tab to the far right or far
bottom and you'll see a hint of the new border - drop it and b-d-bing!

Lots to like in this IDE.

I just discovered that you can drag a file from your desktop and it will

That is really AWSOME!!!

I could not do that with CODE400.

Making progress in small steps.....
