I am going through the tutorials. It is really helping.

Here are some questions that came to mind when doing LAB01:

Object Table
It has you customize the view in the Object Table (Windows > Preferences >
IBM i > Table View > Last Modified & Created). I want all of the fields
available to show. I noticed that the way it spells out the day and the
month in the created and modified columns takes lots of room, is there a way
to change the date format to be a shorter MM/DD/CCYY HH:MM:SS?

Field Table
When I look at the Field Table, I see the fields are presented in
alphabetical order, not in the order they are in the file. Is there a way
to add a column to show the sequence in the file so I could sort by that? I
notice that Field Table does not seem to have the same options available
that Object Table has. I wonder why?

Data Table
Is there a way to select what fields show? If not, what do most people use?
Do they go to a different environment?

I notice that you can copy and paste data elements from the Data Table. Copy
and paste don't seem to work from Object Table or Field Table. Is this
something that could be user extended?

TIA for your input!

John
