This is a little confusing to me, Kurt, because RDP (like all Rational products) by default comes with its own JVM. When you installed did you tell it to use one you had already installed? If so, that in itself could be at least part of the problem.

But you've already opened a PMR, and I also note that John Fellner has chimed in, so I will leave you in more capable hands :).
