Yup. Power Tools for i is about as close as you're going to get to the old WDSC. All of the thin client Java tools (including the absolutely fantastic JSF WYSIWYG designer) and none of the EGL or rich client stuff. At least I don't think there's anything for Rich Client other than the server side (creating services), but I'm just beginning my homework on that particular setup.
