Could you elaborate please? I thought there was only one cache and clearing it during a verify cleared everything. Am I missing something?

Did you clear the caches completely? Both in Preferences and in Verify?
Second customer to report this in two weeks!--
For one user (and only one) the Outline view will not populate for RPG
IV. DDS, RPG400 work fine - but no RPG IV.
Last week was on RDP 7.6.1 - this week it is RDP 8. Nothing in the
log - everything else appears to work. Even manually caching the file
seems to have no effect.
Any suggestions as to where to look for clues?
