Hi Steve,

I would make a copy of your RDp 7.6 workspace, put it on your new laptop, and then point RDp 8.0 to it. 8.0 will migrate the workspace - it should work pretty seamless.

Thanks,
Kurt Anderson

Subject: [WDSCI-L] V8 & new pc

Currently running 7.8 of RDp, got a new laptop & would like to install V8 of RDp & use my existing workspace so I dont have to setup all that again.
What steps should I use to make this as seamless as possible? Do I need to install version 7.8 on laptop, put my workspace directory on & then upgrade to V8? Do I just need to copy the IBM\rationalsdp7.0\workspace directory to get all my settings?

TIA

Steve Jones
