This is the standard behaviour for Eclipse views. If you have placed
things to be viewed side by side then they will be maximized that way. You
need to move the editors back into the tabbed positions to maximize them
separately.

Hi Bryce,
I have no idea why you are not seeing this as it is the base Eclipse
behaviour which has not changed in RDp 8.0.
I just tried it now and it worked fine for me.

The question is if this was a design change or if it is a bug. If it is a
design change, anybody know why?

The double click works to maximize the source window and this is fine
99% of the time since most would open the source and just click from tab
to tab.

But when you want to look at two source members side by side you can
drag a source member to its own group. In WDSC, when you double clicked
on the new source tab that was by itself you would get that source
maximized. But, since RDi 7.5, when you double click it will maximize
the whole collection of source members open so you still have the source
members side by side instead of just seeing the source member you double
clicked on.

The same holds true for trying to minimize groups of source members. In
WDSC you could group a few source members together and then minimize
that group, in RDp the minimize works for all open source members.

Must be a setup issue, the double click works for me in RDp 8.0, as well
as all the previous versions.

The double click doesn't work in RDp 7.6.0 or RDi 7.5.0

I used to be able to double click on an LPEX editor tab and it would
maximize the source to cover up all other source members. Double
clicking it again would bring it back within the minimized window
dimensions it previously had. This is not working for me in RPD 8.0
right now. I thought it had worked before, but maybe it didn't. It
works in WDSC 7.
