How do I get my member name back in the tab

Something has happened to my setup and I am unable to see the name of the
member that has been loaded into the tab. The tab contents are blank. If I
put the cursor over it, I see the name to the location on the PC disk and
that helps to identify the member name.



This is confusing when you have several tabs open.



Does anyone know how to change whatever to get the system to display the
member name in the tabs?



My version is 6.0.1
