Yes, you missed the end of service announcement made back in 2008. George Farr gave a fireside chat back in February of 2008 in which he introduced the licensing for RDi and RDi-SOA and also announced the April 2010 end of service date of WDSC and WDSC AE; I believe the official eos letter was made in March of that year.
