Isn't there a parm that can be passed to the pre-compiler for
DBGVIEW(*LIST)?

Sorry, you're correct the SQL pre-compiler doesn't support *LIST

I didn't catch the CRTSQLxxxx in the original post.

That's what I thought but, since I don't program using Cobol, I prompted
on the CRTSQLCBLI command. The only valid options that prompting (F4) and
Help (F1) show are *None and *Source. These are, also, the only options
available for the CRTSQLRPGI command. I tried using *List on one of my
SQLRPGLE programs, and it barfed.

You want DBGVIEW(*LIST)...

DBGVIEW(*SOURCE) means debug will display the source from the source
file, it's not included in the object.

However, I think you should be able to right click on the include line
and open the included member in another tab.

I am attempting to compile an SQLCBLLE program for the first time from

RD Power are first time shots. The job shows the following compile
command:

Message . . . . : -CALL PGM(QDEVTOOLS/QRSEEXEC)
PARM('/home/IISRV/.eclipse/RSE/SBM00005.log' 'CRTSQLCBLI

OPTION(*EVENTF)
INCFILE(QLBLSRC) REPLACE(*YES) DBGVIEW(*SOURCE) USRPRF(*OWNER)
COMPILEOPT(*SOURCE)')

When I go into debug, the code inside the copybooks doesn't show. Can
anyone see what parameter I am missing to make that happen? I have tried
just about all combinations I can think of. The program works but I just
can't see the contents of the copies.

Thanks for your help,
Rod
