Pat, David, thanks.

I can start WDSC but still have the same problem on opening a source.

I've already tried another trick. I had already created a new workspace while waiting for help from the list. Now I've copied the profile from the old broken workspace and it works. All my connections are there. I'll just delete the old one now.

David,

Click on Start then Run. Cut and paste the following. The
double quotes must be included.

"C:\Program Files\IBM\SDP70\eclipse.exe" -clean

Not enough coffee - XP. Have you tried starting with the -clean
switch?

I'm trying windows-run C:\Program
Files\IBM\Rational\SDP\6.0\rationalsdp.exe -clean

I get the error "windows can't find C:\Program"
