Hey David,
Find your workspace folder and in there is going to be a file called
'.lock'. Delete it and you should be good to go.

[WDSCI-L] Workspace locked?
Hi all,
Following a network error that made me have to quit WDSC V6 when I had rpg
source members open, I now get a message that the workspace is in already
in use when I restart WDSc. Cleared the cache and rebooted already. Anyone
know how I might be able to reset things?
