Nope, it works fine for me. The behavior you're describing is what I
see if I haven't actually refreshed the outline. However, once I've
created the outline, if I type Dou and Ctrl-space I get a list of the
variables in the program (followed by a comprehensive list of special
values and the like).

And that has been my experience too Joe - although I wouldn't have expected to see the variable at all in that case.

I made sure I refreshed the Outline view and even expanded the trees to make sure that the variables I wanted to use were there. In fact I refreshed two or three times just to be sure. Then downloaded the latest fixes and did the whole thing again.

Rats. Have to live with it for now - don't have time to mess with a reload.
