Or you could simply "get" them via ftp.

In a command prompt:

ftp <your system name>
get library/file.member <text file name>.txt

You create an iSeries Project then import remote objects. See the
iSeries Project perspective. There is a preferences setting for
iSeries Projects to remove source line numbers and dates on download,
if you wish.
