CPD7902 is being returned to RDi. That's good. But if the compile
succeeds but the create does not, those errors are NOT returned to
RDi. For example, if you compile a PF but the existing PF has a LF
then the create cannot occur. That error message is NOT returned to
RDi which means the programmer may think the logical file was created.
This means that whenever you think you have a clean compile, you have
to also check the commands log view to make sure.
