Not directly in RSE ... but I think it can using IBM i Projects.

Keep in mind that change control in an IBM i environment is *not* just about keeping track of source changes.
Any SCM system on the i with it's salt will do things like: be able to recompile a program or file and retain existing attributes, track related objects so when you change a file all the programs that reference the file get recompiled also, promote changes as a group from development to QA to production and retain existing data, etc.
