The problem I had was caused by bad data in the Remote Systems Connections folder of my WDSc workspace.
A connection that I removed from the Remote Systems view did not get removed from the folder.
As a result of this, the migration failed.
I think that this was unique to my configuration as no one else had this problem
Li Ding from the Toronto Labs was monitoring this list and he analyzed my workspace and found the problem.  Once I removed the entry from the Remote System Connections folder, the migration worked find.

Thanks,

Thanks to all who responded in an attempt to resolve this issue.
One of the people who responded was Li Ding from the Toronto Lab.
I sent him a copy of my WDSc workspace, and he determined that I had a bad entry in the Remote Systems Connections folder.  It was a connection that I deleted from the Remote Systems view, but was not completely removed from the workspace.
After I removed this entry, I was able to run the migration on the copy of the WDSc workspace that I made for RDi and now I have all of my connections, filters, commands, etc.
