Thus far, I am unable to get any connections imported from WDSc to RDi.
I tried the import connection function from the Remote Systems menu, but that did not work.
It appears that RDi stores the connection and filter information in a totaly different structure than WDSc.
In WDSc, this information is stored in the Remote Systems Connections folder in the workspace.
RDi however does not have a Workspace folder. Instead, it stores the information in the
\.metadata\.plugins\org.eclipse.rse.core\profiles\PRF.xxx-0 folder in the directory that you indicate should be used for the workspace. The information stored there does not seem to be compatable with the WDSc version.
At this time, unless there is a method to migrate my WDSc configuration, I will not be using the RDi product.

I would have expected that the Rational people would have provided a means to internaly convert the connections and filters from WDSc.
I will try the import method and see what happens there.
Could you post the results here for the archives? Many of us, myself
included, are not going to move to RDi until forced to by hardware or
software obsolescence, and it'll be nice to be able to figure out how to
keep my WDSC connexions.
