I don't have a specific solution for this, but is there any reason you haven't updated to 7.0.0.8 Interim Fix 001? 7.0.0.4 had a couple of issues, if I remember right.

I searched the archives and didn't find anything regarding this 'bug'.

I just installed the quantum db plugin, got it configured and working,
saved the quantum db perspective, but when I shutdown WDSCi 7.0 0.4 the
bookmarks aren't being saved and consequently aren't there the next time I
start WDSCi.

Anyone encounter this or have a solution for this?
