However whether the outline will work on RPGIII code or not, I'm not so certain.  Could have swore I tried to outline an old program a while ago and it didn't work - whether the reason was that it was RPGIII or not, I don't know.  Worth a try.

This is RPG IV code I'm working with.  Sure, it's S/3 vintage, but it's
been converted and converted again.  Yep.  Uses matching record,
internally defined I and O-specifications, /free sections, internal
sub-procedures and binds to a service program.  About the only thing the
compiler team haven't done is to make it smell like bacon.  :-)

ps I want to be clear that complimenting the compiler team is not a slur
against the WDSC team.  I'm aware of the constraints they have to live with.
