Yeah, I checked into that and our PC's aren't backed up.
So I moved my new workspace to the network and it seems to work fine. I also created a copy of that workspace for the RDi trial. It didn't auto-migrate the workspace. So I went back and realized how I should have done my export originally (through the File System for Connection & Filter, not Preferences). When I went back into RDi, I was getting ready to import, then suddenly RDi tells me it's going to migrate my old workspace. So I didn't need to import anything. I did find it curious that there was some sort of delay between launching RDi and the migration occurring.

All our PC's with WDSC/RDi have ghost on them which does a daily backup of our workspaces therefore giving us a fallback position.

We point our workspace to a network drive which gets backed up nightly. If
the workspace gets corrupted we restore from the network backup.

way through it, and fumbled. So this is kind of an awareness email
to others. Don't do as I did.
FWIW: This is what I do. I make a copy of the workspace, then I open
the copy in RDi. This way I can always go back to WDSC and I
can always start over.
