Hi Mark,
i still can`t reproduce the problem on my system. When i click somewhere in
the session area i always get the red outline. Your eclipse.ini is identical
to mine. If you can tell me a specific constellation for this problem in
which it ALWAYS occurs, please post it.
Within the TN5250J view all eclipse shortcut`s including Ctrl-F8 are
disabled. All keystrokes in the TN5250J view have exclusively effect to the
TN5250J view. For example: If you press F10 in an TN5250J session you want
the session to send F10 hidden to the host. In eclipse F10 is for popping up
the eclipse menu. Without disabling the eclipse shortcut`s some keys
couldn`t be used for the 5250 session.

Hi Frank,
I am now using your 5250 plugin almost all the time. I am still having
problems with the red outline. I did attach my eclipse.ini to the email last
time but that doesn't seem to get through so I have pasted it at the bottom
of this email.
Also, I was trying to use the Ctrl-F8 shortcut to switch perspectives, which
works when switching from Quantum to TN5250J but it doesn't seem to work the
other way round. Is there something I need to configure in the preferences
to get this to work?

We are running XP Pro SP2. I have RDi 7.1 & RDi 7.5 installed. I use 7.1
with turnover (the turnover plug-ins are not 7.5 compatible) and I use 7.5
for Quantum & 5250.
This issue is not consistent. I can't reproduce it this morning.

Which OS with which service pack are you running? XP SP3, Vista SP1
Have you just installed RDi 7.5 or also WDSc 7.0 and/or RDi 7.1?

Hi Frank,
I have started having the same problems again. The red outline seems to
disappear when I switch to another perspective and back. I click on the
session to try and give it focus but the red outline does not come back. I
have found that if I right click on the session and go into Map keys and
click on done, the red outline returns and I can continue using the session
normally.

Sorry, I was a little busy this morning.
Yes, I have installed version 1.0.1 of core and the keyboard mapping is
working fine.
I couldn't get any of the sessions I was running (8 in total) to work. None
of them had the red outline and no matter what I did could I get it to
appear. This was yesterday.
Today I have had no troubles at all. So I guess whatever happened yesterday
has sorted itself out. I'll let you know if it happens again.

does the keyboard mapping now works?
The session only accepts keyboard input, if it is surrounded by a red frame.
In this case it has the focus. If the session isn`t surrounded by a red
frame just click with the mouse somewere in the session area. Then it
hopefully works.

Hi Frank,
I seem to be having some problems with my sessions. If I leave the sessions
for a while and then come back to them they are not accepting any keyboard
input. The hotspots are still working using the mouse, but no keyboard input
seems to do anything.
Any idea's what I'm doing wrong?

I know you can create a user defined option to open a member in LPEX, is
it currently possible to open the member for browse only? I do not have
