Is there an additional yearly software maintenance fee you have to pay for the RDi-SOA after you pay for the initial seat?

That's exactly what they do. ADTS and RDi are both $795 a seat.

Again, that's what they do. RDi-SOA contains EGL, costs $1200 more a seat.
