I have downloaded and installed the product on a Windows Vista Business
system.
After configuring the remote connection when I open it, I just get my local
PC info.
If I attempt to use the view job log function on the remote connection, I
get an error indicating that it can not open the connection to my remote
system.
I am using the latest version of the product.
All suggestions will be appreciated.
