I would venture to guess that most organizations that use basic PHP (on
any platform) do not have a support contract with Zend.
Lots of general PHP support available on the 'net. I suspect most
organizations avail themselves of that.
Zend does not own PHP (The PHP Group does), although they do contribute
a lot to it's development.
Any organization that uses Zend Enterprise would probably want to get a
support contract though.
