Hey Roger,

This works pretty slick and will do as a workaround until/if IBM comes
out with something better. Just to add to your suggestion I would also
add that before opening the new window one should save their current
perspective layout by doing a Window->Save Perspective As so when the
new window opens they don't have to deal with the default RSE
perspective (I always close and move a whole bunch of views around in
the default RSE perspective to gain efficiencies).
