Yeah, I think the difficulties are in the RSE conflicts between WDSC 7 and RDi 7.1. Not sure though, I just know they won't install together. There is a ton more functionality in WDSC than in RDi, but I don't know how much is based on RAD and how much was specific to WDSC. Most of it (HTML/JSP editing, websphere test environment, and so on) is in RAD.
