FWIW, I can use Ctrl+Shift+A from the iSeries Table View and the Team
view, so what I said above doesn't seem entirely correct. Perhaps this
was fixed in one of the fixpacks? Now I can't find a view that causes
this shortcut to fail, but I'm sure it's happened to me before.
Which perspective are you using? Do you remember which view had focus
when you tried to use Ctrl+Shift+A?
