Outline Issue

Thanks all for the feedback;
I have refreshed the outline view. This is in an older program and the
file has been around for almost as long as me :-). It is externally
described.
It is not also described in a DS.

It is not a big deal just curious. The program actually uses three of
the fields in a very long record the first field shows it being used and
is also part of the key but the other 2 fields don't show as being used.
It's a Windows thing.
