Thanks Adam,
The Ctl-F5 is what I was looking for.
I couldn't figure out how to remove the indent markers from the display after the Ctl-S-O.

In the LPEX editor, I can see my indentation for a block group using the Ctl-Shift-O key.
Is there any way to reset the indent lines after I set them?
That depends what you mean by "reset". If you mean that you want added
a block around the existing block, I think you'd need to do Ctrl-Shift-O
again at the higher level of nesting.
If you mean that you want to get rid of the arrows on the left side of
the editor view, then you should use Ctrl+F5 (or Source->Refresh).
