How about having a second workspace defined you can use in those situations that doesn't have the
ARCAD emulator open?

I occasionally have the need to launch WDSc while QINTER is down. The
problem is that I always leave my ARCAD emulator open and WDSc will not
start until QINTER comes back up.

Any ideas?
