I toyed with Subversion/Eclipse/Subclipse just a little on my home PC.
As I recall, Subversion allows you to store your source in either a DB
or a file structure. I assume the file structure would be the only
iSeries option.

Here is the workflow that I am visualizing:
-Download source code into an iSeries Project (from iSeries source
member)
-Add the source to SVN (IFS)
-Check out a working copy (IFS)
-Check in your working copy (IFS)
-Upload source code from iSeries Project (to iSeries source member)

How well does Subclipse integrate with iSeries Projects?
