Best thing you can do is get in touch with IBM Support - I hope your company lets you do that - it IS their product, after all, and this list can only go so far.

If you do get permission to do this, I highly recommend using the online problem reporting process - there've been some posts over in midrange-L, I think, about this. You don't have to stay on the phone and get a stiff neck holding the phone, and you don't have to put up with level 0 support that does not understand what an iSeries is.

When I try to open WDSC 7, I get stuck at loading the com.ibm.debug.pdt .
I couldn't find anything in google or midrange archive. Eventually the
loading screen goes away (around two hours later). But WDSC never opens.
On Friday, I upgraded to the latest version but I'm still getting the same
issue.

I've only used wdsc twice before and it's already giving me problems. I
realize that I'll probably have to uninstall and re-install but I was
hoping that someone would be able to help me out.

Note: When it gets to loading com.ibm.debug.pdt this is not PC activity
going on... CPU % is at 0%.

Thank you.
