I want to know how to set my breakpoints to be conditional ones when debugging in RPG.

1. Add a breakpoint
2. Right-click that line (or the choose the breakpoint in the breakpoints view), and choose Edit Breakpoint.
3. Click Next.
4. Enter the condition in the Expression textbox. Syntax is the same as green screen debug IIRC.
5. Click Finish.

And how do I get the thing to stop when a variable changes its value?

I think you actually have to be debugging to do this. Once the debug session is started, there are two ways to do it.

1. a) Right-click in the source, then 'Add watch breakpoint'.
b) Type the variable name if it's not there already
c) Put the %size() of the variable in the 'Number of bytes to watch' dropdown.
d) Click Finish.

2. a) Right-click in the Breakpoints view
b) Select 'Add Breakpoint -> Watch'
c) Proceed from 1 b)

I'll add this to the wiki.

Hope this helps,
Adam
