I would think that the SEP debugger would work. You would set your SEP breakpoint for your user profile, then login to CICS and start that transaction. It should launch the debug perspective when your program activates in debug mode.

I have never used CICS on System i, but if you can use STRDBG to debug it on the green screen, then I would see no reason for WDSC SEP debugger to have issues.
