Thinking a little bit more about this, the opening of the member should
not be dependant on the rebuilding of the Outline view. That view should
be rebuilt in a separate process.
The fact is that older applications tend to contain large monolitic
programs which tend to be the ones that are modified the most. If it
takes one minute each time we open the member with WDSC, programmers
will not adopt the tool. While it would be nice to refactor theses
programs, we should not need to to that _before_ going to WDSC, in fact,
the tool should have functions to help us refactor.
