Thanks, Charles.

I knew it was easy...but I also discovered what my problem has been. I've been trying to paste into a member filter or directly to the "work with" objects. Neither of which works for me.

Once I opened a "source" object filter, it was quite easy to paste to the source file.

I'm sure I am missing something easy or obvious. Please point
me in the right direction!

If I have a source file on my PC (something I downloaded from
the web like RTVOBJPATH.cmd), how do I get it to save to my System i?

I can open it using my Local connection, but "save as" only
lets me save it locally.

I know I can create the member manually and then copy/paste
the data from one to the other. But there must be some other
way to do this.
