OK, I zipped up the two folders that are in my C:\Program Files\IBM\SDP70\plugins hierarchy

org.eclipse.eclipsemonkey.help_1.0.0.200706060947
org.eclipse.eclipsemonkey_1.0.0.200706060947

Put them on the same web page as the jar files. Unpack those and see if it helps.

I'm not familiar enough with how Eclipse unpacks an addon and too frazzled to go research it just now... sorry!
