Tacit Migration Operation keeps going and going and going

Every so often when I open WDSCi 7.0 (build: 20070202_0030) I get a
Tacit Migration Operation that stays at 0%. I searched the archives and
found a solution for WDSCi 6.0, but not 7. Does anyone know what I can
do to stop this? Is this an issue with my workspace (that I converted
from 6.0)?
