The "Confirm exit when closing last window" preference is for the popup
window that comes up when you close the main WDSC window, not the LPEX
editors.

However, while the Ctrl-Shift-W option is a good idea, it is a little
more inconvenient than clicking the big red X like you do for most
Windows apps. If nobody can come up with anything else, then I guess
this will have to do.

Thanks very much for everyone's help.

-Paul.

WDSC

I would have realized that if I had checked the box.

What about the setting that says to exit when the last window is closed?
If you use File -> Close All (Ctrl-Shift-W) instead of File -> Exit,
will that work?

It was one of the first things I tried. Using the preference,
source members are closed only when I reach a set number of
open members, and not when I close WDSC or the workspace.

I wasn't paying attention in this thread, so this may already
have been tested. In preferences, General -> Editors, Close
editors automatically. Does that do it? I don't want to
test it because I have too many open and don't want them closed!
