Thanks for the information!

I found out that the reason why IM didn't find the updates was because the
Http proxy settings was not set.

This is set like this:
In IM File/Preferences/Repositories/Http proxy
Check Enable proxy server
Enter proxy host and proxy port
Click Apply

Run the Update packages again.
