Yes, using /COPY statements and lots for files for F spec and external
file definitions.

When cache is working properly you pay the price to drag in the /COPY
statements when the cache is initialized or refreshed.

When the cache has become unstable dragging in /COPY blocks and external
files takes a very long time. I wasn't given specifics of the whys and
hows of this bug.

I have a 2 GHz processor and 1GB of RAM. Sometimes my outlines take a

time, but I attribute that to having /Copy statements that requires it to
