Is there something in the log that indicates an error of some sort. The log
is located under yourworkspace\.metadata.
There is an intermediate xml file generated when an outline view is
created. It is located under yourworkspace
\.metadata\.plugins\com.ibm.etools.iseries.core\information, and will have
the source file name somewhere in its long name. Is this file there? Is it
empty or has some information?

I am using WDSC V7 The install manager cannot find anymore fixes. This
morning I started having problems with the outline view. It is currently
empty, and when I click on the refresh button, something seems to happen,
but the view stays blank. I don't get any error messages. I've tried
closing the view and reopening it. I've changed source members, and even
restarted WDSC. This only seems to be a problem with RPGLE source members
Has anyone seen this before?
