IBM Installation Manager, Version 1.0.0.4 -- WDSCI-L

When I use IBM Installation Manager to connect to IBM repositories, I
am prompted to upgrade Installation Manager to version 1.0.0.4. But,
In the download area, I do not see a ZIP file for downloading version
1.0.0.4 to apply to other machines offline. IBM Installation Manager
1.0.0.3 is available in the download area.

Does anyone have information about this issue?
